Return Policy Update Due to Covid-19:
Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak and accompanied precautions we have changed our return policy to better accommodate our customers.
Unused items in new condition can be returned with original receipt for refund or store credit within 30 days of Boardsports store reopening to the public. The date that businesses will be permitted to reopen has yet to be determined by the province of Ontario.
Boardsports Returns Policy
If you do not love your purchase, please return it prior to use (in original condition) with receipt within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Product exchanges and returns in the form of store credit are excepted within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a receipt.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipped date.
- Merchandise must be unworn/unused, in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
Only items in their original condition will be accepted for credit. Items that show signs of wear such as stains, washing, etc. will not be credited. All underwear, swim trunks, and bikini bottoms are final sale. We cannot accept returns on these items due to hygienic reasons.
- Sale items discounted by 40% or more may be returned for an exchange or an in-store credit only.
- Consignment and Swap Items are final sale and non-returnable.
- For hygienic reasons, swimwear and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Returnable items can be brought directly into any Boardsports retail location or shipped to Boardsports by mail (shipping information is noted below).
Returns by Mail:
We will gladly exchange, issue credit or refund your online purchase within 15 days of the ship date. Simply pack your item(s) and return by mail to:

Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, except in the case of a Boardsports error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. *We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if the conditions outlined above are not met.
- Your merchandise, in its original condition with tags and/or packaging as well as any parts or accessories.
- Your original receipt or packing slip.
Please be aware you will not receive a refund at the till as we have to process online returns through the original online transaction
