May 29th Update:
For the health & safety for our employees, customers, and community, our store remains closed to the general public, with the exception that we have a separate side entrance for customers to directly enter the change room to try on wetsuits. The change room is wiped down after each use.
We have a bench outside the back of our store for customers to try on booties or wake/ski bindings.
Any item tried on and not purchased will be placed in a Covid Hold area and not available to be sold for 72hrs.
Please note to allow physical distancing, many of our employees are working remotely from home (or cottage). However, last year we switched to a cloud based inventory system so employees working remotely have full access to our inventory, product orders, and customer information. Also, our employees can answer your calls to the store remotely (we have a VOIP phone system).
To allow social distancing at the store, we are operating the store with a reduced crew focusing on shipping orders and coordinating Curbside Pickups. These employees are extremely busy dealing with much higher volumes than normal. If you are looking for advice, please do not come visit us at the store (you will not be able to enter the store and there may not be someone to assist you outside). Please call, email, or on our website use the chat feature (bottom right corner) to txt/chat with one of our experts.
As usual, orders can be placed (and paid for) online or over the phone. Orders will be shipped, or curbside pickup during store hours:
