COVID-19 Precautions

September 22nd Update:

Our store is open to then public. However, we are limiting the number of customers at any one time. If we are at capacity, the door will be locked and we ask you to wait outside before being allowed entry.

As per government regulations, a facemask must be worn at all times. All customers will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry (sanitization station is provided). Please do not touch items you are not intending on buying.

We have installed plexiglass at the counters and are regularly sanitizing high touch surfaces. 

The change room is wiped down after each use. Any item tried on and not purchased will be placed in a Covid Hold area and not available to be sold for 72hrs.

We are also more than happy to help customers that do not want to enter the store. We can bring product outside. We have a bench outside to try on booties, wake/ski bindings, and snowboard boots. Payment can be made outside the store.

To reduce risks, some of our employees are working remotely from home (or cottage/chalet). However employees working remotely have full access to our inventory, product orders, and customer information. Our employees working remotely can answer your calls to the store (we have a VOIP phone system).

To allow better social distancing at the store, we are operating the store with a reduced crew. If you are looking for advice, we would prefer you call, email, or on our website use the chat feature (bottom right corner) to text/chat with one of our experts. 

As usual, orders can be placed (and paid for) online or over the phone. Orders will be shipped, or curbside pickup during store hours. We process online orders for curbside pickup very fast (typically within 10-15min).

Monday-Friday 11am-6pm
Saturday 10-5pm
Sunday Noon-6pm
